Fees at Ravenscourt Dental Practice

After an initial consultation (including our 14 point Dental Health Check Assessment) the dentist will discuss their assessment with you. You will be given advice on any recommended treatments, all the available options, and a copy of your comprehensive written treatment plan.  Your treatment will only commence when we receive your agreement and understanding of your treatment plan.

CREDIT FACILITIES AVAILABLE INCLUDING 0% INTEREST FREE FINANCE (Conditions apply). Available after consultation.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Regrettably we do have to charge a fee if we do not receive reasonable notice. Reasonable notice (excludes weekends & bank holidays) and is as follows:

  • For half hour appointment: 24 hours notice
  • For appointments from half an hour to 1 hour: 48 hours notice
  • For appointments over 1 hour : 72 hours notice

Cancellation (per hour) from £80
Repeated Cancellation (per hour) £250 (More than 2 short-notice requests to cancel/reschedule)

PATIENTS UNDER 18

Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to discuss treatment. If an adult is not able to be present during the appointment, please inform us in advance via email, and give us written consent.

 

Please also be available to receive calls regarding further treatment options and fees during the duration of the appointment.

*For patients who would like their relatives to discuss their treatment or anything about their dental visit with us, we need  written and signed consent to do so. The consent must state the person's full name, address and telephone number. This is to ensure we comply with GDPR Data Protection regulations*
