I love it that as soon as the door opens, all the staff at the practice are welcoming and smile. Everyone is kind and caring and also makes sure that it the appointment is as relaxing as possible. For me, it's worth travelling across London for the expertise, reassurance and time that Dr Batavia takes in explaining treatment options.

I had my 1st appointment ever today and oh wow I wish I had know about this place sooner. I booked my appointment based of the Google reviews and other people with fears of dentists enjoying there experience here. The reviews did not let me down. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease from as soon as I walked in. My nerves around the dentist don't stem from any particular trauma but the anxiety is definitely still there. I walked out feeling confident about my next appointment. Which honestly fills me with joy and never was something I thought I'd feel after leaving a dentists. Can't wait till my next appointment ???? Thank you so much ????

I visited this dentist for the first time and they were amazing. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was so good that I was taken aback because I've only ever been used to dental staff who either rushed through my appointments or didn't have a very warm approach when dealing with me. But, the Ravenscourt practice has some of the best customer service hands down. The hygienist (Doville) was super chatty and accommodating, the dentist (Dr.Batavia) was a great listener and explained everything thoroughly as he was going along and the manager and receptionist were so pleasant too. The whole vibe of this practice was nice and overall 10/10. I also really appreciated that the practice responded to all of my enquiries and emails kindly and promptly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ravenscourt to anyone thinking of receiving treatment here.

It was lovely having Sonia over our school. She was very friendly and great with our pupils and she taught them many things about toothbrushing and what foods are good or bad for their teeth. The workshop was very interactive and Sonia gave the children a toothbrush and a chart with games. Thank you so much! The children loved it.

Fantastic place! Everyone I interacted with was kind and informative. I've had 2 big treatments here and each time had a courtesy call a few days later to see how I was doing. The dental nurse I had was amazing - she gave me reassurance and a kind hand on my shoulder :)
