    The Practice Manager and Dentists are on call, available to answer any queries you may have.

    OUT OF HOURS SERVICE

    We have answering service available for outside normal working hours. Patient should be able to call practice on 0208 748 4023 and we have a third party who takes the name and queries and passes them on to the team.
    One of the team members will get back to them with advice based on query and help with Triage. Patient can also email their non urgent query to [email protected].

    Call NHS 111 if urgent attention is required.

    HOW TO FIND US

    PATIENTS UNDER 18

    Must be accompanied by a parent or legal
    guardian to discuss treatment. If an adult is
    not able to be present during the appointment,
    please inform us in advance via email, and
    give us written consent.
    Please also be available to receive calls regarding
    further treatment options and fees during the
    duration of the appointment.

    PETS

    Dogs, cats, parrots, rabbits and all other lovely creatures, sadly,
    do not have the teeth we specialise in... In order to comply with
    Hygiene and Infection Control regulations, we can only accommodate
    humans and guide dogs in the practice.

    Pay and Display Parking is available on Ravenscourt Avenue (Mon-Fri 9am -5pm Max Stay 8hrs) and also surrounding streets.

The consent must state the person's full name, address and telephone number.
